  • Merchandise: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition (see full Return Policy).

  • Medications, Peptides, Injectables, and Prescription Products: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted due to health and safety regulations.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • AVN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
