1) Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Non-Medical Items)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Order number required for all returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

2) Medications, Peptides, Injectables & Prescription Products

All sales are final.
Due to medical, safety, and regulatory standards, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

• Prescription medications
• Peptide therapies
• Injectables
• Any clinical or compounded products (including unopened items)

This policy protects product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
