1. Merchandise Shipping

  • All non-medical merchandise (including apparel, accessories, and non-prescription wellness products) ships within 5-14 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • AVN is not liable for shipping delays outside our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs inspections.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


2. Medication, Peptides, Injectables & Prescription Products

  • All prescription and medical product orders require completion of a medical intake form and consultation with a licensed provider before fulfillment.

  • Orders will not be shipped until the intake process is completed and the prescription is approved.

  • Once approved, shipping details will be provided. Medication orders typically ship within 5–10 business days from the date of prescription approval, unless you are otherwise notified.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as pharmacy processing, provider review times, or supply chain constraints.

  • Due to federal and state regulations, medical product shipments may require signature upon delivery.


3. General Shipping Terms

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

  • AVN is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to address changes, re-delivery, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate address information.

  • AVN reserves the right to use any carrier or shipping method deemed appropriate to meet delivery requirements.


4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • AVN is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
